PROCEDURE:

 

The buyer and the Seller meet in KAMPALA or NAIROBI for a Table Top Meeting(TTM) after the meeting both buyer and seller, the Seller shall show the Gold to the buyer for a physical inspection, once satisfied with the product the buyer shall in turn show a Proof of fund (POF) by means of a current Full Corporate Offer for my gold

Copy of tear sheet, could be same day old or not less than 1 day old.

 

 

Upon viewing the tear sheet from the buyer by the Seller, both seller and buyer shall set up the time of Assay at the refinery (sky cargo net and security ) after the confirmation of the Assay and the report is out and satisfied by both the buyer and the Seller, the Gold shall then be sealed and locked in a metallic box to be taken to the buyer’s bank for payment on the same day.

 

The Seller and the buyer shall appoint representatives each to keep an eagle eye on the metallic box containing the Gold whilst at the bank awaiting the payment of the Gold.

 

Once the Seller receives the full payment for the Gold, the seller shall then release the Gold to the buyer and the title of the Gold shall then be transferred to the buyer.

 

Upon the confirmation of the payment by the Seller, the two parties can then proceed if so desire with the same procedure for a further transaction.

 

Do let me know how many kilograms you are capable to buyer and pay in cash for, we could start with a trial order of 200 -300 kilograms for both parties to understand their capacity of performance.
