Identify the parties
Confirm company details, the person authorized to transact and the proposed seller’s relationship to the lot.
Verify the product
Review origin, ownership, assay, location and custody records for the particular product offered.
Agree written terms
Document inspection, payment, export and delivery responsibilities before making a commitment.
